Who We Are:
Welcome to Most Holy Trinity School! For 65 years, MHT has been a beacon of hope and excellence for the East San Jose community of San Jose, CA. We are proud to serve 200 Transitional Kindergarten thru 8th grade students as a part of the Diocese of San Jose and the Ignatian Elementary Schools Network of the Society of Jesus.
Founded in 1955 by the Sisters of Notre Dame, we have continued their legacy of success in the formation of young men and women who live by the phrase, “There must be nothing little about us; we must have hearts of apostles” (Saint Julie Billiart, founder of the Sisters of Notre Dame).
Since our founding, we have implemented an authentic and rigorous Catholic formation. Through this formation, we equip students not only with academic prowess, but also the skills necessary to challenge the status quo and “set the world on fire” (St. Ignatius of Loyola, SJ). To do this, we push our students to think as disciples and see their role in this world not as obtainers of power, but as people who walk with and serve the “least among us” (Mt. 25:40). The ultimate goal of our education is to build character and critical intellectual habits that allow our students to build God’s beloved community.
